The Toy Fortress

We had a really fun day of drafting last saturday, building decks in the morning and playing all afternoon. Overdrive drafting is really solidly put together, i had doubts spending a bunch of money for drafting, but you get to see a lot of sinergy in the packs and build up janky decks that are a blast to play.

The draft was won by our friend @aldaris who cunningly drafted lots of traps, Jinteki-style, his style. In draft, after the first agenda has been scored, you just HAVE TO run everything that's advanced, period.

My first draft was a difficult decisionbetween Archer and Snare, and i went for the ICE, reasoning better to have a little extra ICE than be sorry and stuck with not enough to defend. I drafted HIves with extreme prejudice, the Hadrian Wall is actually Hive 4 . After getting passed SOme Elyza as late picks, the deck came together as big - ice , very taxing , compounded by Midway and Wisp , operating at low credits and rezzing with Eliza. Targeted Marketing acted more as a denial than a proper economy card. I can't seem to add agenda properly but i had a Future Perfect there too.
