Legally Distinct Bost Ob (117th at Worlds 2023)

The only change here is -1 Envelopment +1 Ice Wall. During prep I mostly valued Envelopment for T1 Oaktowns and, since I liked cutting 1x Oaktown for 2x Hostiles, ended up feeling like a second Ice Wall fit nicely. You can rush behind it sometimes and having 2 lets you set up a Stavka Spin Doctor fetch for Archives much more consistently. All that being said, I think the Envelopment version is probably better overall.
