I took this to a GNK this past weekend and went 3-1 with it.
My 3 wins were vs a 419 who faceplanted a Data Raven, giving me a counter which I used to exchange the winning agenda, then a Hayley who I killed with HPT after a Econ Warefare/HHN, followed by a turn 3 Boom! kill vs another 419 who only cleared 2 tags after a HHN. The loss was the last round vs an Adam who went tag-me, and stole 7 points before I could find a kill card or an EOI.
The point of the deck is to keep them broke and tagged, either killing them with HPT or Boom!, or scoring out behind your now much stronger ice. If they are tagged, swapping 1-pointers for GFI's is good, or letting them score QPM's for you is also good.
Reversed Accounts, Closed Accounts, Econ Warefare, Universal Connectivity Fee & MVT are great ways to surprisingly drain their money.
SIU, Sea Source and Data Raven are for tagging them, and NGO is for money or dragging them through annoying ice.
After playing the deck a few times, money can be a little tight, so the NGO's are crucial, and I wonder if it's not a better idea to try to swap out GFI and try to get the influence for Consulting Visit.
Either way, it's pretty fun to play, the game never feels over because there is so many ways for you to turn the tide in your favor.

How exactly does one faceplant a Data Raven? He could have just jacked out. Did he just opt to let the trace fire?
