Hostile Accounts v2.0

I have ported my old v1 Hostile Protocol PE deck over to RP and made some changes to adjust for the new identity and evolve the deck further.

Most notably, I ditched Encryption Protocol for Marked Accounts and Reversed Accounts; one or two of those slots may go to Jackson Howard later, if recurring trashed assets turns out to be the way to go. The deck does not do well when a runner aggressively goes after the assets in the early game, so I needed more econ to help get through that situation, thus Marked. PAD Campaign was swapped for Sundew, of course.

An early Jinteki Christmas: if you can get more than one Hostile Infrastructure rezzed and get a Hokusai Grid on the board, the runner will either spend several turns dealing with it, losing lots of cards in the process, or cease to run on anything that has Hokusai, or keep running and not trashing it.
