If you could bottle pure, unmitigated malice, then transform it into a deck, this one is probably pretty close to what you'd end up with. Practically every Anarch source of denial is available in this deck, from creds (Reina, Vamp, Lamprey) to cards (DLR, Keyhole, Imp) to clicks (through forcing the corp to purge viruses).
This is really an anti-deck, designed to take advantage of corps who only lightly ice centrals to try to keep you out then either go for fast advance or the shell game. This could be to the detriment of your matchup with glacier decks, but I believe it's a tradeoff worth making.
Your primary game plan is to hit HQ over and over, building up cash through Desperado and making the corp poor with Lamprey. If HQ is made inaccessible, either Parasite something or switch to R&D with Keyhole until you find Sneakdoor.
Dyson and Underworld Contact give you fantastic clickless econ; Vamp turns on DLR in addition to ruining the corps that do best when they're above a certain credit threshold (NBN FA, Jinteki PE).
Overmind is for early-game aggression and gets you through Lotus Field; with the additional sources of memory, you can get a decent number of counters on it.
I tried to stay away from Siphon in this (because everyone expects it in post-Anatomy-of-Anarchy Reina) in favour of the more relentless Desperado. It's really a trade-off between having more efficient runs overall vs. that single power turn that ruins the corp.
If you find the clickless econ doesn't get set up fast enough (possible), or you're not using all your memory (less likely), you can take out the Dyson-Underworld package for any of:
Data Leak Reversal is also removable. It's mostly used as protection for the Underworld Contacts, because DLR is the more immediate threat if you're tagged.
I haven't tested this deck, and tuning is definitely needed to see what works and what doesn't. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
