Money Can Buy You Hate

Everyone knows that money can't buy you love. But it can't buy you hate so you can kill the runner.

This deck started off with me wanting to screw over runner economies. With Scarcity and Azmari's ability, you can make their econ work towards your game plan of out moneying them to the point where you can easily Hard-Hitting News followed up with a Boom! Just pick Resource or Event - whichever you think they are most likely going to play. When you get Scarcity out, you can pick event to hedge your bets.

From there I put in some cheap taxing NBN ICE (plus two Tollbooths). The credit differential NGO Front can provide is crazy. IAA it behind even a Popup Window and Turnpike and it can make a difference of up to 10 credits. Solid play for killing runners dead.

Whampoa allows you to recur your cards and hide your agendas. I found I didn't have any good way to shuffle cards that I recurred with Whampoa so I added Shannon Claire which allows you to click to get those cards back you want.

I think there is definitely some merit to this style of deck. I threw it together in about 15 minutes so I would be happy to get other people's feedback on making it better.
