It's a good place to start. Your only source of stealth cred for BlacKat and Dagger are Ghost Runner and Cloak. That's ok, but it's possible that with the current stealth-credit pool you might be spread a bit thin. Though it's hard to say without having played it. I'd give it a shot first, see if you are in need of anything. Make small changes at first and tune, tune, tune. :)
