Derived from Waverider Kit but a new breaker suite, and some other card choices of my own to bring it into the D&D era.

The core concept remains the same: power up a big decoder, facecheck ice, if the outermost ice is a barrier, awesome! If it's not, Paintbrush it next turn to be a barrier and surf it all the way to the bottom of the server, where it's still a Code Gate because you're Kit.

does the deck generate enough credits for the cityhall to work well against butchershop?

Hard to say since it's not MWL compliant and so needs some reworking.
