Kitmeleon v0.1

A work in progress. Test Run the Torch as early as possible, MOpus for economy. When the corp goes 2-deep on servers, Chameleon has it's time to shine, ideally supported by LLDS at that point. I'm considering Replicator to support, will report back with findings. This will be my de facto runner for a while I reckon. Would appreciate some advice. Conventional wisdom puts Chameleon in Hayley, but I love the idea of the one-two punch with Torch Kit!
