MagiKaplan Top 16 Dallas Regionals

A datasucker desperado Hayley build I've been playing. The Deck went 4 and 2 at the Dallas regionals along with NEH which also went 4/2 putting me at 10th place, missing the cut by SoS. Could probably use some more tweaking, but has done very well for me this season.
