This is a combo jank deck. Throw a bunch of naked agendas on the table. If the runner takes 'em, that's fine. If they don't, advance 'em off the table and score out.

Mwanza is the real MVP here. Throw it on HQ. They only need to run it once - they take a couple agendas, even better!

Basically all your ICE will go on R&D. You don't want the runner in R&D. You need to tightly control the number of agendas available at any time. Stick 'em with some Shi.Kyu, then let 'em get to six, and do your Fast Break Game Changer combo and score out in a turn.
