Why go 'never advance' if you can just advance everything instead? This list aims to abuse its ID ability by running as much advanceable ice as possible. This deck also borrows Jinteki's Trick of Light to fast advance its 3/2's using the abundance of advancement tokens lying on the board. In this sense, Oaktown Renovation becomes a 'worse' Regolith Mining License that threatens to be scored at any moment, and thanks to Built to Last's ability, you don't mind too much if one or two of these get stolen in the early game.
