Yikes, splashing for breach seems like a waste, UWC seems too slow if Toolbox is how you're doing it. It's rare that an ID without link is able to use UWC effecitvely. I think you're dangerously too low on econ for the setup you're looking for. Ultimately you need to change how you're thinking about econ when you run Faerush, you need to be able to function in the 1-5 credit range, which is why you've probably seen super efficient breakers used (cy-cy, corroder and faerie). You need cheap to install, but high impact because the deck wants to be super fast hitting with powerful run events and multiaccess. This is why my iterations use PPVP.
