Use of Spark of Inspiration to pull out Orca and Lob for free. Together they can break everything. Boomerang is the backup plan for Barriers. Labor Rights can put Orca/Lob back in the deck if needed. Otherwise it's pretty standard shaper R&D pressure.
I chose Tao over Padma for the smaller deck size to get the engine running ASAP. He can also move barriers out of the way of R&D if needed. I would love some feedback!

I've been trying something similar, but with turbine as a third program, and Test Run/Regig to up the options for getting set up quickly.
