Howdy and welcome to an awesome game. There's a lot to learn, but this game seems to have attracted a very supportive, positive community. Here's hoping you have a great time playing Netrunner.
You've got some good ideas here and Kit is great fun to play- seem to recall a good article over at stimhack reviewing her play-style that you might want to look up. Problem with the deck atm is that the ratios are out. You're going to spend most of your game drawing programs with no ongoing opportunity to draw cards, boost your economy, nor protect yourself from the meat/net damage that will be coming your way. Monolith has never worked for me- it's hideously expensive and the payoff when you install it isn't worth the effort, so maybe ditch that early, too.
Rather than running though each card and rebuilding the deck I might suggest a couple of practices that worked for me when starting out building for Netrunner:
i) Look at a vast range of decks centered on the cards that you like and try and nut out how they play/ why they work. Copy one here at db and modify the crud out of it to suit your playstyle.
ii) Card it up and play solitaire. Shaper usually takes 4-8 turns to get up and running, so they're great for this. Usually I'll shuffle out and play 5 or six rounds, tracking rounds on a dice and not worrying with Corp turns. See how your rig is feeling after playing for a bit. See how the cards draw, how long it takes to get your rig down, how your economy evolves, and get a feel for when you'll be ready to start pulling your big runs. Not for everyone, but something that helps me greatly when getting a feel for new runner decks between games.
Finally some cards for a Kit/ Shaper deck that I'd urge you to consider (if available)-
Diesel- always a pleasure to find in your hand. Give it a crack.
The Test Run / Scavenge combo. Go find a program, install it for free. Look this up- the rules can be confusing at first, but this combo is awesome for Shaper.
Spooned in conjunction with Same Old Thing to get around the influence point issues. Why not destroy the ice Kit breaks for a laugh?
Anyhow hope this helps- all the best ;-)
