I love Stealth breakers and the mechanics behind them: massive power at the cost of limited usage per turn. Hence the goal of every Stealth deck should be: work around these limits. Mostly, this is done by using just 1 type of Stealth breaker. What I did, is making sure that my breakers are sufficiently strong that they don't need to be increased in strength any longer, saving you on Stealth credits thus being able to make more runs per turn. On top, breaking subs doesn't always have to require Stealth credits, which is essential in this deck.
We accomplish all of this by using the mighty K2CP Turbines, together with Switchblade and Refractor. For breaking Barriers, I imported Cleaver, as it is very efficient in breaking subs, doesn't depend on Stealth credits at all and its single weakness (increasing strength) is fully omitted by using the Turbines anyway! Smoke's 40 card deck size and her Stealth credit are mandatory for this deck, to bring you up to speed quickly. Other auto-includes are cards like Net Mercur along with basic economy cards and card draw possibilities.
It may seem risky, Smoke just running Net Mercur and no Cloaks, Mantles, Lockpicks or Silencers, but your setup time would be too long including those. Every corp knows that things get rough once a Stealth runner has fully setup its rig. So, let's do that as quickly as possible, with the help of Paragon to find your much needed cards faster! Finally, Khusyuk is one of the most important cards for R&D multi-access, to be triggered at value 1 during the game (Refractor and Armitages, Teleworks and Nukas with little credits or a single power counter left). For the end game, Khusyuk is even more useful, now mostly to be triggered at value 3 (Switchblade, Cleaver, Paragon and Net Mercur).
I am open to improving this deck even more, so certainly let me know :D!
