I'll take you for a ride
In my garbage truck
Oh no
This is a single-core deck rebuilt ground-up with TD and WLA, to be the stinking but reliable (and armored) Weyland truck that hauls away Runner goodies and tosses cheap ICE in the bin as drip econ. There's a couple strong ICE here too but mostly the idea is the same as before: keep both sides weak on the board while maintaining a steady income.
The main synergy is lots and lots of cheap ICE that can be rezzed for 3 or fewer credits, then trashed for 4 with Security Subcontract. There's only one Subcontract in core, so protect that little guy with your Colossus, Archer or Hadrian's wall. Hunter Seeker will preemptively keep the Runner's tempo slow. Every turn, try for some money and/or some trashing, and look for windows to scorch or score!

If you're running Scorched Earth, I'd recommend maybe throwing in a SEA Source or two. At the moment, you're only chance at tagging is through three pieces of ice, so a bit of support there might be helpful.
