I have been toying with this idea of control criminal for quite some time. The main part of this deck is Fisk Investment Seminar. Force the corp to draw a tonne of cards and then do a bunch of crazy control shenanigans.

If you want to draw loads of cards, you might want to consider Faust to make use of them, or perhaps if you want to flood them with agendas, maybe Hacktivist Meeting would make them worry about rezzing anything.
