anoryx 3

3rd place @ Plugged-In Tour Northfield NJ
5th place @ Plugged-In Tour Glen Burnie MD

My corp deck was the weak point of my Plugged-In Tour forays, dropping two games each night. I'm not going to say that this deck is especially good, interesting, or different; I'm certainly not going to say that I piloted it as effectively as I could have. I enjoyed playing with it, though.

It might benefit from a 3rd Jackson Howard instead of Project Junebug (which was trashed out of R&D in nearly every game it came up), but that's likely the only change I'd make to this current incarnation.

How often did you tag with MSR? Do you think it's better than SEA Source?

The 1x Midseason means I'm less likely to have a tagging operation in hand than if I had 2x SEA Source (unless I have a Project Atlas counter to fetch it with), but a) it almost always connects, and b) I don't have to have Scorched Earth in hand on the same turn. Most opponents will accept 10 tags rather than trying to fight the trace. (One opponent went bankrupt to avoid all but two tags, then spent the next turn clearing the last two, which was fine with me). I'm not an expert by any means, but I'm not sure either is inherently better than the other. SEA Source probably allows for more free wins (e.g. one of my friends got turn-4 SEA Scorched this weekend) since you're able to pull the trigger on it more often and it has the potential to be cheaper. MSR means that you can tag them now and Scorch them later if you can't assemble the combo in hand.

Honestly, I had a lot more success with Posted Bounty into Scorched.
