This deck is a riff on the Genomics Control deck pioneered by The Winning Agenda a couple of months ago. I've been tinkering with it off and on and Kala Ghoda gave it some quite fun new toys. The concept is pretty simple: Big ice, taxing servers, and crazy low agenda density so that they can't R&D lock you very easily. What Batty and Caprice can do behind a yard of ice need not be specified, we know how they work.
So, new toys: Museum of History. The last edition leaned heavily on Jackson Howard to recycle economy and combat agenda flood and now there are neutral/in faction options. Jackson and Anonymous tip can go, though I will admit that it's about 25% the sheer iconoclasm of it. You can draw up with Heritage Committee, put an Agenda on top of HQ that came before you're ready, then shuffle it away at the start of the next turn. You can pitch an agenda into the bin and Museum it as well--you're Jacksoning very slowly, but on a renewable basis, with shades of Archived Memories. And if you score the Hades Shard, Yahtzee.
Dropping the NBN tech allowed for some different Ice choices along with some Post-MWL meta calls. Swordsman and Komainu are in, with Tollbooth and the lovely Vikram 1.0. Executive Boot Camp is absolutely stellar--I had a Valencia deck once Blackmail my scoring server FIVE TIMES just to get rid of the thing because I kept bringing it back with the Interns.
Comments and suggestions welcome! Particularly any tweaks to ice or Econ—I think maybe one or two less econ, maybe one or two more ice might be called for. Cortex Lock tends to be pretty dead over the long game this deck plays.
(No idea why it's flagged as not 3.0.2 Legal. I can't see it.)

Did you mark it as tournament legal? You should show 12 influence out of a max of 12. |

Remember that you need to check the tournament legal tickbox underneath the deck list in the editor. |

The menu option was set for 3.0.2 legality. I put a screenshot up on Netrunner Geeks. |
It might be flagging as not legal due to the new cards and the system itself being buggery (mostly via the Museum of History Influence Cost, maybe)
I checked too, and it's perfectly legal.
