With the Addition of contract killer and Oaktown renovation I feel Blue Sun has better potential to be a better butcher shop despite the loss of breaking news. The addition of massively taxing Barrier Ice can't be ignored as well as the taxing Sentry Ice that double as potential income.

Oaktown renovation is the main econ in the deck besides the operations and Blue suns ability. The idea is to advance OR behind a Hive or similar Ice and wait for the runner to sore it. Either they do and you Midseasons them, or they don't and you eventually have your own version of Mopus. Turn one IAA nets 2c (1 if you're the "click=1c type). Turn 2 is a Melange and every turn after is click=2c. This goes a long way to winning the econ battle. Then the runner has to decide if they're going to score that NAPD behind the Spiderweb and Caduceus and risk midseasons or not. Is that an agenda or Contract Killer? Hostile takeover helps short term with Econ and it's econ return ability is dependent on the runner running and doesn't help during midseasons.

This is the deck I'm currently testing. It's gone 3-0 in casual play vs PPVP Kate, Whooley Whizzard, and Kit.
