During certain points of the game getting a successful run off might not always be an option due to how this deck works...with armitage at least you can install and click for 6 and then make the corp use one of its clicks and 2 creds to trash it which would still be a win. Plus not every game results in a tag me strategy it really depends on the match up and how much ETR ICE you are dealing with. I like when i can get a medium to a decent spot in one turn when the corp thinks they can let it sit 1 more round before wiping. Then run a few more times next turn with it and on the last run make it a demo run to trash a decent amount of cards. Keeping knights in hand allow you to give off the impression that the corp has a scoring window behind a single piece of ICE if they want to go for it in which you then install host (if Deep red is not down) run and score that agenda from out of no where. Rooks allow you to also get into servers especially early on when the corp thinks that they have enough $$$ to rez things but rook combo'ed with Reina is a huge swing that could cause them to not rez a single piece of ICE at all. Finally when all else fails set up John and DLR and run into a ETR ICE Mill 3 and pass the turn. If the Corp doesn't trash DLR...mill 4 more cards next turn which will make them realize their mistake. In the end when you have milled a decent amount of cards make some runs on archives installing a Knight to get in if need be. Overmind and parasite are there to make some of the jobs easier and to cut down on ICE. Index combined with a decent medium can also land you a few scores. Just always be running and make those big bad Corps pay their Taxes. |
If u plan on floating tags why Armitage? Maybe better some event like Dirty Laundry
