Cyber War Runner Draft Deck

Despite the many singletons in this deck, it ran quite smoothly and consistently. With the draw, economy, and suite of breakers, I had no problems getting what I need and getting in. The only think I would have liked to have would have been a few more tricks-more Tinkerings, more Test Runs, and maybe even Modded.
