Simple Intentions v2.1

Fast Advance deck with NEXT Design, updated from the original Creation & Control version, with cards up to Mala Tempora. Greatly modified after some playtesting.

Fast advancing with Biotoic Labor is too expensive for NEXT economy, so I introduced Shipment from SanSan and Trick of Light instead. Way less expensive, and both usable with Efficiency Committee.

The ideal first Agenda to score would be Mandatory Upgrades, and I've actually managed to score it a couple times quickly enough. Otherwise, Efficiency Committee is way easier (can be scored on the 2nd turn, while MU on the 3rd at best) and almost on pair, since it allows for the remaining points to be fast advanced with SfSS and ToL.

26 ICE means you'll basically always get at least 2 ICE in your opening hand, and the percentage of getting 3 pieces (including the possible mulligan) should be around 80%. In my tests, I often start with 3 ICE, then get at least 2 when refilling my hand, but you basically only need 4 for the optimal first turn.

Paper Wall is very good in such a deck, working as an Inside Job blocker for free.
