Hey! Nice, I've been really interested in Core+Deluxes variations. Interesting!

Viktor 1.0 seems a bit out of Place here, when at the same influence cost (and almost the same rez cost, and definitely higher rez-to-break cost!) you could take two Data Raven. Those would definitely add to the Traffic Accident threat.

With multiples of Archer and Rototurret, changing a single Fire Wall or Enigma to Wormhole. It's such a strong card. Nebula isn't shabby either. If you're trying to get heavy on Tags, have you considered a single Shadow as well?

To theoretically multiply the Scorched threat, you might watn to consider Archived Memories. A single SEA source or Adonis might free up the space - and for extra economy, there's always Beanstalk Royalties.

Mainly, it seems to me you have enough early game ICE (Enigma, Ice Wall), so that you could switch Viktors out. Tollbooths and Archers are excellent end game ICE, but there's room for more Space ICE and other (strong) silliness like that.
