After playing with the Next Design ID for a little bit I realsed that what the ID was best was for drawing quite a few cards at the start of the game. I thought this plus the strong defense of the ICE at the start would lend itself well to a fast advance deck.
So you get Biotic Labour and San San City Grid for the usual fast advance plays. You have the Clearences to be able to get through your deck and for economy. Plus you have the ice to mostly tax centrals, with a few end the runs to protect the San San.

Hmm Domestic Sleepers is good for that 1 agenda point to win the game without having to score another agenda...but you could be right in that economy might be better. Yeah definitely need to put cyberdex in but not to sure what to give up for it...maybe rototurrets... |
What is the purpose of the Domestic Sleepers? I think those 3 deckslots would be much better served by more economy, such as Hedge Fund or Melange Mining Corp.. You will find the Tollbooth hard to rez otherwise.
Your other issues is what you are going to do about Clot? I would suggest squeezing in 2 or 3 Cyberdex Virus Suite.
