[startup] 0-3 chameleon is terrible don't play it

went 0-3 at ysengrin's tournament. chameleon is really fun but also very click intensive.

the overclocks would probably be better as dirty laundries, could cut the paule's café for economy since the meta is often so fast and you have to install chameleons from hand to compete
