Pre-rotation decklist |
This deck was designed with the changing runner meta in mind, I had a good feeling I would be seeing alot of anarch trashing decks at the tournament I attended and built this deck to affect them. I went 3-0 with it at a tournament I attended this weekend. This is my first Corp deck I have published so I will do my best to break it down.
The Cards and Why they are in here: Caprice Nisei and Crisium grid: to deny successful runs, either for accesses, wanton destruction, Account Siphon, Keyhole, ect.
Hostile Infrastructure: To punish key hole and make people think twice about trashing my econ drip pieces.
Cerebral Static: I looked at both ELP and Housekeeping, but after some testing I found Cerebral static freed up influence I needed elsewhere. It is a great card to shut down all the runners who rely heavily on their ID's abilities.
Sundew and Mental Health clinic are in here to generate money (Might add back pad campaign once I see the ice situation in action.).
For agendas I have chronos project to prevent recursion tricks, Nisei to end expensive runs, philotic to punish runners who ignore remotes and the future perfect to just be annoying as it usually is. Will of the wisp is here to remove troublesome icebreakers with swordsman being dedicated to eater and atman destruction.
For Ice the big pieces are:
Swordsman: For killing Eater and Atman
Inazuma: For trapping the runner into any number of horrible damage cards.
Wraparound: go get your fracter (this should really hurt eater keyhole builds and force them to go find their D4vid or morning star.).
Lotus Field: Expensive for most runners to deal with, shuts down Yog, hinders sucker decks.
Chum: Use in front of ice you hope the runner cant break, worst case the runner wastes resources on a chum and then hits something they cant pay for.
The only thing this deck lacks is enough ice with ETR subroutines, but I might be able to work around that. Expect the 1.5 version soon.
