New meta Noise

Started out as a Reina deck, and still should be - but times have changed and taxing 1 isn't as strong any more. So I've opted to tax their deck instead. the purpose of this deck is to continually drain the corp of its resources. Run often and keep them poor Don't bother clearing tags the corp will have to trash every resource you drop and at a loss to them *If your scared of being burned run some Plascretes I've been able to cautious or steal hard enough to stay out of blast range, but it just depends on what you think you'll be up against. Honestly closed accounts is scarier - just stay poor
