Plan is pretty straight forward: Use Early Premiere to score at least one agenda, and tax the hell out of the runner to get rid of them, which will hopefully open up scoring windows. Or they leave them alone and I use them on Contract Killers or even more agendas. Punitives are just nice to have in case of lucky accesses or agenda floods.
