Another version of surfer laamb

The basic concept here is to always only have to break the subs of 1 ice. Use laamb to convert the non barriers to barrier, surfer it down to the innermost position and break the subs.

For ice with strength 5 or greater, use D4Vid to break the ice. In the long run its cheaper. The Test Runs are there to quickly setup the deck. Key cards are Laamb and Surfer. These need to be up and running as fast as possible.

Occasionally, use Knife to get rid of extra troublesome ice.
