The deck I play against new players, who I give the Gabe teaching deck to. Has no damage, traces, or tags, so you don't need to teach those mechanics right away, and the only punishment the Runner needs to worry about is program destruction. For the first game, I generally handicap myself by ignoring the ID ability.

After the first game, I let the new player decide where to go next: more games with the same matchup, switch sides, play a more complicated Runner deck (Reina), or play against a different type of Corp deck (Jinteki).
