the strategy of this deck is to use personal evolutions natural ability to tax with small pings of damage, and make sure that as often as possible you have the new current from The Valley Predictive algorithms in play. This will cause each agenda stolen to cost two additional credits as well as the net damage to steal.
Archived memories is included to help you to recur predictive algorithms. You should have all you need to have one in play whenever an agenda is stolen.
Power shutdown is included to trash their killers in particular, making the taxing sentries especially dangerous. If you can open up a window by trashing a corroder, go for it.
Most people i find float tags against jinteki, so one closed accounts is included as a single. Punish them!
Fetal AI is a bomb in this deck. Aside from the Philotic, these are your only two pointers. With PA out, this turns into a NAPD that is also a snare in one. Unreal.

I'm not 100% sold on Clone Retirement. If you want to keep the 1-pointers going, have you considered Genetic Resequencing? If you have a HoK scored it's basically two net damage. It's nice to be able to score Clone Retirement from hand, but if the runner steals one or two it really turns off your predictive algorithm idea.
