Nothing innovative here, just good cards. I was the only HB player in the cut at this tournament, and I was able to fend off the Anarchs on the day for the most part. I felt the Breaker Bay Grid economy was a bit fragile, so I looked at netdecks for HB decks off the BBG econ, and found one. I tested, swapped out a couple of cards, tested some more, and decided I liked it.
There was a 35 person turnout at this regionals, 2 more than last year. I started out in swiss by losing a close game to DumbleFork, then beat a Whizz, a MaxX, and a Geist, whilst losing to a Val in Swiss. Due to an unfortunate turn of events where all but one agenda in my deck were in the top 15 cards of my deck against Whizz and me losing a psi game with Caprice on R&D against a DDoS/False Echo Val deck. You can find my MaxX deck that I have been playing for forever here.
Thanks to Guardian Games for hosting the event, Bryan and all the organizers for making the event great, thanks to the Portland folks for welcoming us Seattlites and the NorCal guys, thanks to everyone I played for being really friendly, and congratulations to @bluebird503 for taking the whole thing.

5 accesses, 4 agendas. Sorry, buddy =( That was probably the worst draw I've seen in a long time. |

Have you tried the reverse of the Vitruvius/Sales Team split? I played 3 Sales Team Foodcoats there (granted mine was a pretty standard version), and every time I scored Sales Team it was bonkers, whereas Vitruvius just wasted my time. I'd just try that mix for a game or two, since you're rushing out here Sales Team helps you a lot by snowballing your econ (in lieu of BBG in this deck). Or at least 2-2 split, I think. Just a thought. Well done at the tourney! |

Great deck and well piloted. Definitely one of, if not the most challenging deck that I ran against in the tournament. Thanks for coming down and congratulations.
