Harmony Medtech Long-Game

InnerLight 1

This deck is loosely based on a deck I saw Team Covenant run. It's purpose is to Force the runner into running on traps that will end up killing them, if it doesn't win through simply scoring twice. I'm not 100% happy with the ice load out, but i'm trying to put in as many different ways to End the run as I can.

How exactly do you plan to utilise sundew?

They're mostly there to be additional economy, especially with all of the Priority events that have been spoiled in the next cycle. Any turn you play a priority event, I get 2 credits. It's also in the same vein as Mental Health Clinic, at least in my opinion.

Hm, i don't think this will work for you tbh. As a runner i would just run on your server and trash it immediately. And because you probably don't want to protect them in any way, both players just lost one click and two credits in the end. If you protect them on the other hand, you loose your focus on protecting your scoring remote and your centrals which is quite bad for a deck like this imo. You also have nothing to recur sundew, so they're very unreliant.

Sundew is awesome in RP, but other than that, i don't see i to be half as useful. Just my two cents ;)

It's a very welcome two-cents. I normally play HB, so any Jinteki advice is always welcome. What would you exchange them for? More ice?

I would definitely go for some more economy, because i doubt that there are enough ways to get credits in your deck. I have also built a six agenda medtech deck, which works quite well (but is pretty different compared to yours). Maybe you can get some inspiration out of it (it's called 'the clinic')

I think there is enough ICE in yout deck, but as i mentioned before there seems to be not enough economy to power them (and your traps and caprice as well).

Although i understand the mentality of "traps are painful on match point" it actually does not work out that well with medtech to rely on this tactic. That's why i got rid of EVERY single trap in my deck. Although i love the idea of havin shi.kyu, data dealer is becoming too popular (at least in my meta) to make room for shi in my deck.
