Just an idea for post O&C Reina. I decided against including the "Deadly Cutlery" events because they were too situation based for a deck that doesn't revolve around them.

The Recon is a stand in for drive by, which will be a great tool in place of Imp.

This is extremely untested, feedback appreciated.
