Grab your guns and mail order Hattori Hanzo swords, we're going murderin'.
Mandatory NRDB bragging section
This deck's killed a lot of people. Some of them were Wilfy Horig and CodeMarvelous. One time I killed someone with a Checkpoint in front of a Psychic Field. If you pilot this deck right you can be a Jnet pubstar too.
Why Medtech?
Because it lets us run the best 6-agenda spread in the game. The runner has to steal 3 unless they manage to get two TFP, which is something you can control pretty easily. You only need two. Once you score something the runner has to check every single Mushin/IAA or risk giving you the game. It's a win/win. Also I have a fetish for 40 card IDs that aren't Silhouette.
Assets - Ronins and Ronin accessories
Overwriters set up Ronins. Junebugs set up Ronins. Hiro sets up Ronins. Psychic Field sets up Ronins. Snare is Snare. Moving on.
Operations - based on the novel Mushin by Sapphire
Money is good. Whenever you Mushin advance it a 4th time. Mushin is the only triple in Netrunner. It makes the runner p sad. Neural sets up Ronins.
ICE - one weird Weyland trick to make runners sad
Bako is etr, which sometimes matters. Swordsman goes on R&D to stop Faust/Eater. Everything else sets up Ronins exceeeeept...
Checkpoint. So when I first built this thing I had two influence left and felt a bit ICE light. Turns out two inf is a really awkward spot. I tried Troll to tax a bit and yank clicks for Ronin reasons, but it wasn't great.
Checkpoint though. Checkpoint does things. Whether it eats a David counter, leads to a jackout, takes a pile of money/cards to break, or fires, every outcome is good.
Conclusion
This is not a perfectly optimized kill deck. If it was it would be in PE, Biotech, IG, one of those. It's a bit clunky and awkward at first. I'll be damned if it doesn't get results though. Have fun, nerdbears.
