So what's the plan?
Draw ice, reveal it and slap it down with Jinja City Grid. Ultraviolet Clearance is insane if you have Jinja City Grid up and running, given perfect draw it reads "Gain 10 (net 4) credits, install 4 ice (potentially for free), then install 1 other card. Money is obviously an issue so a good bit of the (22) influence is on 2x Bryan Stinson as the runner is often poor getting in to Jinja City Grid servers. Distract the Masses is a novel way of getting ice out of your starting hand and back in to your deck to install later with Jinja City Grid.
I'm still working on the ice suite as it needs further adapting.

Sorry for the very late reply. Yeah LPL is just there to get Jinja Grids early and put them on both R&D and the scoring remote. Special Report is a great idea! Something I am toying with is to add EULA and Loki for nonsense ice. |

Too bad Localized Product Line adds cards to HQ instead of drawing, it would be ridiculous if it would combo with Jinja :D
But I guess you use it to get the Jinjas on the table, right?
Have you thought about Special Report instead of Distract the Masses for flood prevention? It draws cards, so it can trigger Jinja.
