The ability of Yusuf to be completely free to get into servers makes runs essentially free in a stealth deck, but it's super susceptible to virus wipes and it eats a ton of memory. This, as an experimental deck, is ok. The potential for a double yusuf install lets you use counters in either direction. and Progenitor means you're ready to get through most barriers at all times, even after a wipe. Dean Lister helps out in a pinch and laguna lets you power it up. I had an aumakua in here, and frankly if you're going to play against Excaliber, you'll need to slot it back in, but otherwise, this is a bit leaner.
It uses laguna to dig deeper quickly and career fair since you've got all these resources. It banks that you won't click opus enough to outway the usefulness of armitage (but, that's probably wrong).
At 40 cards you really do need an answer to damage based strategies. Levy normally gets there, but this deck wants to run a lot, so Ankusa is for the biggest problem card: Kaguko. There is a weyland identity that's just as rough, but I think Ankusa is still preferable to the 2nd levy which will have less utility over the long run. Basically, don't install ankusa without modded.
Currently running: -1 Cyberdelia, -1 career fair, -1 Dean Lister, +1 Peace in Our Time, +1 Modded
Ankusa has a second use, which is that high strength barriers occasionally do cause a lockout: Heimdall/Chiyashi - But, the corp really can't afford to install and rez multiple times. So, click down on an armitage and then bounce it to reopen r&d or remote.
Multithreader helps when clearing tags with misdirection. The hit to the credit pool is less severe; and as far as clickless econ goes, you run every turn. It pays you back, as well as helping with SMC.
Further change to Alternative build : -2 career fair. +2 Peace in our Time. -1 progenitor, -1 Yusuf, +1 Virus Breeding Ground, +1 tapwyrm -1 Armitage, +1 sac con
While the deck can often run on 0, certain strategies are hard to deal with if you don't have money. Peace in our time lets the corp get off of zero, but I'm finding only poorly constructed decks are really without money. So, giving them 5 more credits which feeds into tapwyrm isn't that bad. Especially since the deck gets a large swing.
This does make progenitor + yusuf harder to setup, though. I'm often installing yusuf without the progenetor at all, without mem issues. This is making think that perhaps the progenitor should just be a second virus breeding ground. But this makes the deck a bit more susceptible to Thithonium + CVS. Whereas previously you could avoid the worst (program trashing) by using your dean + your counters or use sac con & your counters to get in anyways. Basically, if you at all expect that sort of BS, you should install Anksua and keep enough credits around to power an emergency break.
