You want to like this deck. It's Thule. It has Snare. It plays like PE.
Don't. It's bad. If this deck makes you excited, you should play PE instead.
Mwanza City Grid costs 1 influence. I realized this at 1am last night after a few gin and tonics, and so decided I must play Thule today.
Most runners can easily play around your ability with a little forward planning and as such I believe Mwanza is the correct way to play this identity. Without Spin Doc, your hand will fill up with agendas as the game progresses. Put Mwanza on HQ and you are all but guaranteed 2+ core damage midgame, or even a flatline if you have a snare or two. Combine this with a cheeky Overwriter and you should have the game in the bag. Clearinghouse will get you there if you use it wisely.
Incorrectly, I decided the backup plan should be Orbital Superiority + Distributed Tracing, which I didn't even come close to pulling off. I would drop the snares and 2-pointers to make room for GFI and perhaps a third Clearinghouse. Distributed Tracing goes for literally anything else. Meridian also underperformed and could be any gearcheck ice.
Happy flatlining!
