Startup FullyOP NEH - 3-0 VPC GNK

3-0 in a GNK. Is Fully Operational really good in this deck? The ice feels thin that you many not want to be icing that many remotes that shallowly. Then again, in startup you probably want to actually protect your econ cards. It's not terrible but that's a lot of influence. Focus Group let me score a Bellona from hand after the runner played The Class Act so that was aces, 10/10.
