I took this deck list to two Store Championships. Across both tournaments it went 6-3.
With Gingerbread on Dinosaurus coupled with Panchatantra you can get in all but the most heavily guarded servers - although only once per a turn. The combo gives you a breaker that is 4 strength, 2 credits for +3 Strength and 1 credit per a subroutine, which is efficient.
The once per a turn use of Panchatantra is a weakness, although a lot of ICE is native Tracer (Ichi, News Hound, Archangel, Assassin, etc.). The Panchatantra threat grows with the game so access is rarely an issue for long. However, the Atman choice at the start of the late game is very important. Look for stacked ICE strengths, but I have gone through 6 deep servers with this deck. Ash and Caprice cannot be suffered and must be trashed ASAP.
The ideal starting hand includes a Magnum Opus, Modded and Dinosaurus. The Modded is not overly important as MO can be placed first turn without it. Dinosaurus is the only piece of the breaker suite that cannot be searched for with Self-Modifying Code. Thus you are always pleased to see it first hand.
Stimhack allows for surprise access when the corp thinks they have a scoring window. It can also be used to SMC an Atman or Panchatantra and then trash a San San for instance. It is very versatile in this deck.
Clone Chip is included as the loss of any of the key pieces can be devastating (they are all needed). It also helps the Clot threat against FA decks and allows you to chuck Atman into the bin for later recursion.
Employee Strike is useful against Replicating Perfection, Industrial Genomics, Blue Sun, Cybernetics Division, etc. It can also clear a pesky Current the Corp has played, especially Targeted Marketing or Enhanced Login Protocol. It is a versatile card, although others may find the influence is better spent elsewhere.
The Personal Touch is a nice addition. It brings Gingerbread to 5 strength, allowing Tollbooth to be broken for 4 credits, Assassin for 2, and makes ICE like Janus 6 credits or Orion 5 credits.
The rest of the list is fairly self explanatory.
To wrap this up I have found that the deck is capable. It is certainly not Tier 1 and I feel that I have taken this deck as far as I can. It can perform very well, but at times can be frustrating. One of the things I love about Netrunner is that new cards (Panchatantra) can make previously fringe cards (Gingerbread) somewhat viable. For this I enjoyed experimenting with Gingersaurus.
