This is way early in my development/theorycrafting process. Any suggestions are more than welcome.

Basic thought is Media Blitz can turn on Mandatory Upgrades even if the runner steals it, Team Sponsorship makes ABT safe to fire. GFI makes the runner need to steal 4 agendas.
