It's a faust deck!

You can add more levy if required, but the general idea is to use faust for low econ breaking and making sure you can handle rush, while maintaining a credit lead from other economical assets for avoiding tags. Spending a credit each turn from your ID to pump a breaker, even if you don't need to break anything (for say patron, dirty laundry, etc) should allow you to bank on net mercur for either getting in with stealth breakers OR for avoiding tags with new angeles city hall.

You should be able to run at multiple speeds with this deck and still deal with cards you see around. Beth Kilrain-Chang will eventually be the equivalent of chronotype if the corp gets an economic lead.
