This deck starts out, and heads into a slump. The runner scores a ton of agendas, but not enough points to win.

Then, to close out the game, Gamer Changer and Stock Buy-Back can let you FA a GFI. Chain them together for a big blowout last turn!

Fast Break is a winner in this deck. Value Town for sure. Added Team Sponsorship for theme, but it often doesn't do much work.

Your idea is good and I love the theme. However, there's no tag punishment for News Team (I'll take the tags) and Biotic should really be used for value.

Team Sponsorship/Research Grant is a superb combo that will make you very happy.

Spend less time having them score and more time of you scoring!

I guess I'm not following how Stock BuyBack is a key or tool to fast advance, as it's a terminal. I suppose if gets you some bump in credits the turn before, but otherwise it's not closing the game because it force closes your turn, regardless of clicks from Changer.

I must say I love your idea of giving runners 'a ton of agenda' to steal but few of them carry any weight and instead give our metal sports more power. Excellent job. BUT the ICE building is annoying, for many of them can be easily broken by a starting Aumakua which adds to the chance to lose 'match' in R&D and HQ. That's certain risk to consider of. News team as mentioned above will usually force my rival to take a -1 agenda, because not many of them are bold enough to take the risks of losing resources they are highly relying on. Now that's another idea I admire much, make the runner fear the consequence and stop running wild.
