Counter-Rielle Weyland v1

The original concept for this deck - now somewhat abandoned - was to create a barrier / ETR-heavy ice stack in order to screw around with Kit's ridiculous code gate abilities. It's somewhere between these two in terms of inspiration, with some of my own messy nonsense thrown in:
