I really like this version of a horizontal NEH deck, and hate playing against it. ;)
I would probably go down to 2 Diversified Portfolios, after having played with them in the Cambridge-type Jinteki: PE deck. 3 and you end up with them in hand on turn one, which isn't ideal in my mind. Not sure what to put in instead though.
Also, on the Data Ravens: I think you should put back in the Universal Connectivity Fees to put behind the Ravens. Disgusting server to have to run through.
