Hayley Needs Another v1.4

A resource based stealth Hayley rig with a few twists to try and address some of her key issues around having enough econ to trash assets or overcome traces.

Notable card interactions / choices:

Film Critic - The new hotness to avoid midseasons, ignore TFP phi games, or just save a few bucks on NAPD. With Hayley you can make a run, host and score and agenda, and still install two cards in one turn.

NACH - Plays well with Film Critic and allows you to cheaply avoid tags from Sea Source, Data Raven, etc.

Scrubber - Recurring asset trashing credits, don't mind if I do

The Toolbox - Ah yes, the big boy...at first glance one might say that Astrolabe or even Box-E would fit better as a console but just try it out and see how good it feels to stimhack out a tool box because you have it either hosted on Peddler or have it in hand with another resource hosted on peddler.

Levy - The 46th card, because it is just too nice to shuffle back in all of your resource econ
