The constellation ice really add a heavy taxing ability to a deck that already loves taxing the runner. The ability to turn those advancement counters into scoring unadvanced agendas (or even from hand with previously scored/stolen Medical Breakthroughs or multiple Trick of Light) adds an element of explosiveness where opponents don't expect it.
