Quick deck I put together. Debating on adding in 3 Veterans Programs and dropping 2 Private Security Force. Also adding a 3rd Tsurugi. Going to run this at a local tournament. Any thoughts are welcome.

I know the deck probably isn't tournament worthy. Just going to try and have fun with it. Not designed to score agendas, designed to frustrate runners into making bad choices.
